Dùng khi đơn vị muốn xác nhận năng lực thực tế trước, chờ nhân viên hoàn thành bài đánh giá kiến thức sau.
Use this when your organization wants to confirm real-world competency first, before the employee completes the knowledge assessment.

Lưu ý: Hồ sơ này sẽ ở trạng thái chờ cho tới khi nhân viên đăng nhập hệ thống HOSTRAIN/ATM Academy, thi đạt đúng nghề/bậc anh chị chọn bên dưới, và bấm "Gửi yêu cầu xác nhận" trên trang kết quả — hệ thống sẽ TỰ ĐỘNG khớp nối với hồ sơ này (theo email hoặc số điện thoại nhân viên anh chị nhập bên dưới, phải trùng với thông tin nhân viên dùng để đăng ký tài khoản) và hoàn tất ngay, không cần đơn vị làm gì thêm.
This record stays pending until the employee logs in to HOSTRAIN/ATM Academy, passes the exact profession/level selected below, and clicks "Send confirmation request" on their result page — the system will AUTOMATICALLY match this record (by the employee email or phone entered below, which must match what the employee used to register their account) and complete it immediately, no further action needed from your organization.

The "system knowledge score" item will auto-fill once the employee passes — nothing further needed from your organization at this step.
